Sessions are designed to further develop players’ football knowledge, technical ability and confidence on the ball. Players are expected to arrive with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to build on their existing knowledge of the game.
The sessions will provide a greater level of challenge, with a strong focus on technical development, including more advanced drills and practices. 1v1s, 2v2s and small-sided games will be a regular feature, helping players develop decision-making, creativity and confidence in match situations.
We will also focus on game understanding, including match play, positioning, movement and how to build attacks and play effectively as a team. Personal development and a willingness to be challenged will be key throughout.
