These sessions are designed for players who are new to the game or those who need additional support to build confidence, particularly where previous experiences have led to some self-doubt.
Sessions are tailored to individual ability and focus on developing a range of key skills, including ball control, communication, decision-making and 1v1/2v2 small-sided games. Regular match play will also form an important part of the sessions, helping players develop their understanding of the game and prepare for the transition into playing as part of a team.
The overall aim is to build confidence, develop ability and create a positive environment where every player can progress at their own pace
